What’s in a name?
The EWS in the EWS Collective has two meanings:
Earth - Water - Sky
The goal is to help organizations and people find balance in the way the water cycle stays balanced between the earth (oceans, rivers, lakes, polar ice) and sky (clouds, rain, fog).
Environment - Wellness - Sustainability
Three key areas of focus:
Environment
Creating workplace environments and norms conducive to collaboration and creativity; supporting organizations involved in environmental conservation
Wellness
Ensuring that the wellness of individuals is supported
Sustainability
Building systems to allow for sustained high performance in individuals and organizations
